A fun “retro” style site featuring custom Adobe Illustrator “Drive-in Theatre Marquee” logo also created by Brass Ring Multimedia’s Edward A. Sanchez. The site also spotlights a Home Page Adobe Flash presentation featuring iconic memories from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s & 80’s. Boomer DJ’s is a La Jolla, California based entertainment company catering to the special event needs of La Jolla, San Diego & Southern California’s “baby boomers.” A division of Allegro Entertainment, Boomer DJ’s was founded by Allegro operator and SoCal favorite “Ron J” Jones, the “Voice of La Jolla.

I created this image for La Jolla Meals On Wheels. Wanting a soft, impressionistic feel, I used some of the artistic filters, etc. in Adobe Photoshop, one of my favorite playthings. This has been a favorite project of mine. I enjoyed participating in Ray Ehly, Jr.’s roadtrip. He took museum delivery (at the Corvette Museum adjacent to the Corvette Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky) of a brand-new, top of the line Corvette Z06. One of the great things about being me is that I specialize in serving the community of La Jolla, California where I grew up.  As such, I get to work with my friends and neighbors. Treasure Vacations Website Design

The client wanted a “treasure” (obviously) themed web design so the navigation buttons are doubloons, there are all kinds of tropical and “piratical” imagery throughout. Fun site to design and build…had my mouth watering for travel. Logo design became part of, and a natural off-shoot of the web-site design. Treasure Vacations is a travel company based in San Diego, California which dedicates itself to Honeymoon vacations. They provide all-inclusive trips to beautiful and exotic locales in virtually every corner of the globe.

A friend of mine who runs technology giant Hewlett-Packard‘s business IT solutions division approached me wanting to create an ad campaign which featured his idea of a “cash faucet.” He wanted me to help him convey as a metaphor the idea that his division could create cash flow for his customers. This image was the result. The image was revealed at a Hewlett-Packard National Managers Symposium back east and received “oohs and ahs” when projected HUGE on a screen in the presentation hall.
