Testimonial Letter from Client: De Chiel Firearms

Some months back, I wrote about a website I built for a small business called De Chiel Firearms, owned by retired Navy pilot Mitch Dashiell. I received a very nice letter from him a few days ago and thought I’d share it here. Over the years, people have said and written many very nice things about me and the work I’ve done for them. I wish I could say I’d done a great job of blowing my own horn. (Important for effective self-marketing. “Physician, heal thyself…”) I’m going to try to do a better job of this (and so should YOU, small business owner!)

“This past year I had Edward Sanchez of Brass Ring Multimedia design a new web page for my business. I sell sporting equipment to local customers and customers across the country. My previous web page was a simple one I had put together using Front Page.

I am not a web guy and know practically nothing about design, which was obvious from my original web page. My request for Edward was to design a professional looking page that would also be easy for me to maintain and update. I could not be happier with the outcome. The learning curve for me to take over the page that Edward designed was minimal. Additionally, Edward was available for personal instruction once the page was launched, at no charge to me, for a reasonable period of time, in the event that I experience any problems in using the page.

The results have been most pleasing to me and beneficial to me and my customers. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did before having a professional develop a web page for me. Edward made the experience painless, inexpensive and rewarding. Being able to rely on him for ongoing support has been a major relief since I had been on my own while using Front Page. I had no one to turn to when problems developed in the past. I now have a ready, willing and able professional available any time I need him.
